Manage your commercial articles here. Every article can also be maintained as a stock article.

1. Add / Edit / Copy [more]
   Hereby you can create a new article resp. edit or copy an existing one. The Add button has the following options:
   Add article
   Import articles
2. Categories [more]
   You can organize your articles in categories.
3. Filter
   In the filter menu you'll find the following filters for articles:
   "Only articles without category" only displays articles that aren't organized in a category (i.e. created under "All articles").
   "Only articles to restock" only displays articles for which the stock falls below the minimum amount entered. It only displays stock articles where a minimum stock amount is defined.
   With "Clear all filters" all search and filter criteria are removed.

Categories

You can organize your articles in categories.

From left to right:

Add [more]
Add a new category.

Edit [more]
Edit the selected category. If you edit "All articles" you can adapt settings (accounts and sequence numbers) that apply to all articles by default.

Delete
Delete the selected category. The top categories cannot be deleted. Only empty categories can be deleted.

Expand all
Expand all categories and sub-categories with a click on this button.

Collapse all
Collapse all categories and sub-categories with a click on this button.
