The user menu displays the currently logged in user. It displays first and last name or if they are not set, the e-mail address.

In the PRO version the role of the user is displayed in brackets next to the name (e.g. Owner, Administrator or Guest, see Users & Roles).

Here you can edit your user profile (including your password).

Subscription
In the PRO version your current subscription is displayed here, i.e. selected options, the annual fee, when the subscription expires and when the next invoice will be sent.
